Refund policy
All LumiGrid products are digital and are delivered through PDF files containing access links. No physical products are shipped or returned.
Change-of-mind purchases
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we generally do not provide refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases after the PDF, access link, template, or included files have been delivered or accessed.
Please review the product description, included files, software requirements, dimensions, and license options before completing your purchase.
Technical problems
If a file or access link is faulty, inaccessible, or materially different from the product description, contact us with your order number, product name, and a description or screenshot of the issue.
We will first attempt to resolve the problem by providing technical support, a corrected file, or a replacement access link. Where a remedy is required under applicable consumer law, we will provide the appropriate remedy.
Duplicate or incorrect purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, or contact us before accessing an incorrectly purchased product, please let us know as soon as possible. These requests are reviewed individually and approval is not guaranteed.
This policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
