How to access your files

LumiGrid products are delivered digitally. No physical item will be shipped.

1. Complete your purchase

After your payment has been processed, you will receive access to the files or download instructions included with the product.

2. Check your order confirmation

Use the download button shown on the confirmation page, or check the email address used at checkout.

3. Open the downloaded file

All products are delivered as PDF files containing access links. For Canva templates, use the link in the PDF to open and copy the template to your Canva account.

4. Save a backup

Keep a copy of the original download and avoid editing your only source file.

Canva templates

Open the supplied link and follow Canva’s prompt to use the template. Create a separate copy before editing so the original layout remains available.

ZIP files

If your download is supplied as a ZIP archive, extract the folder before opening the individual files.

If you cannot access your purchase, contact us with your order number, product name, and the email address used at checkout. Please do not send passwords or payment information.
