Digital delivery

All LumiGrid products are digital. No physical item will be packaged or shipped.

After payment has been processed, access is provided through the order confirmation page, the email address used at checkout, or the delivery method shown during purchase.

All products are delivered as PDF files containing access links. Use the link in the PDF to access or download the templates, illustrations, mockups, or other files included with your purchase.

Canva template PDFs contain links that allow you to open and copy the template to your Canva account. Other products may link to ZIP folders containing PNG, SVG, PSD, or supporting files.

Please enter your email address carefully during checkout and keep a copy of your order confirmation.
