License Terms

All LumiGrid products are digital. Purchasing a product gives you permission to use it under the license selected at checkout. Copyright and ownership of the original templates, illustrations, mockups, and source files remain with LumiGrid.

Personal License

For personal, non-commercial use only.

You may:

  • Use the product for personal projects, events, gifts, crafts, or personal social media.
  • Edit templates, colours, wording, and layouts for your own use.
  • Print completed designs for yourself.

You may not:

  • Use the product for client or business work.
  • Sell physical or digital products made with it.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute the original files.
  • Use it for logos, trademarks, print-on-demand, or template marketplaces.

Commercial License

For small businesses, designers, and client work.

You may:

  • Use the product in paid client projects.
  • Deliver completed, non-editable files to clients.
  • Sell up to 5,000 physical products per purchased product.
  • Use completed designs in packaging, websites, social media, and marketing.

You may not:

  • Sell editable templates or digital source files.
  • Give clients the original Canva links, PNG, SVG, or PSD files.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute the original files.
  • Use the product for logos, trademarks, print-on-demand, or template marketplaces.

Extended Commercial License

For large-scale physical production.

You may:

  • Use the product in client and commercial projects.
  • Deliver completed, non-editable files to clients.
  • Sell an unlimited number of physical products.
  • Use completed designs in packaging, websites, social media, and marketing.

You may not:

  • Sell editable templates or digital source files.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute the original files.
  • Upload the files to print-on-demand or template marketplaces.
  • Use the product for logos, trademarks, or exclusive branding.
  • Claim the original design as your own.

Product-Specific Rules

Templates

You may create completed designs for yourself or your clients. The editable Canva template and access link may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Illustrations

Illustrations may be used as part of a completed physical design. They may not be sold or distributed as standalone artwork, clipart, or downloadable files.

PSD Mockups

Completed mockup images may be used in portfolios, client presentations, websites, product listings, and marketing. The layered PSD files may not be shared or resold.

General Restrictions

Under all license types, you may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the original files.
  • Share download links or editable source files.
  • Upload the files to stock libraries, template marketplaces, or print-on-demand platforms.
  • Use the files for AI training or datasets.
  • Claim LumiGrid’s original work as your own.
